Description
Let’s talk about how current events affect our mental health. National and world events can impact our personal lives and overall well-being, especially as traumatic incidents continue to occur. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we share our experiences with current events anxiety and how we cope with our feelings in the face of uncertainty. About the Facilitator: BJ Constantine, LMHC, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (Mental Health Counseling), and Spring Health Clinician.
