Description
What makes you feel most connected to your child? Join a small-group conversation led by a Spring Health clinician to reflect on how supportive relationships shape mental health—for both parents and children. Together, we’ll explore ways to build trust, improve communication, and create a safe space for your child to grow and thrive. This is a welcoming opportunity to share your experiences, hear others’ perspectives, and discover meaningful ways to nurture your relationship. About the Facilitator: Ariel Landrum, MS, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Art Therapist. She is a proud Filipina American practicing out of California. She specializes in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Art Therapy. She is also a self-identified Geek Therapist, as she incorporates her client's passions and fandoms as part of the treatment process. She is licensed in multiple states to provide therapy and regularly conducts mental wellness training for various Fortune 500 organizations. The populations she specializes in working with are military members and their families, the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of sexual assault, and AANHPI diaspora. When she isn't conducting therapy in her private practice, Guidance Teletherapy, you can find her trying to catch them all on Pokemon Go. **Note: By clicking the “register” button and submitting your information, you are agreeing to participate on this webinar and acknowledge that we may collect your personal data, such as, name and email address to facilitate the webinar and provide you access to the webinar.
