Description
Simple routines that support children's mental health Helping children and teens create healthy routines isn’t always easy, especially when life already feels full. But simple, consistent habits can be one of the best ways to support their mental wellness. In this small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, caregivers will share age-appropriate ways to build routines that support emotional regulation, focus, sleep, and self-care. We’ll also talk about how to introduce changes without adding more stress. Whether your child is in elementary school or college, you’ll leave with ideas that feel doable and fit your family’s real life. About the Facilitator: Kyle Bishop, EdD, MBA, LCPC is a Spring Health Provider with 15+ years of experience providing therapy services to a variety of client populations experiencing symptoms such as substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship concerns. She has a Doctorate in counseling psychology from Argosy University and Master’s of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus. **Note: By clicking the “register” button and submitting your information, you are agreeing to participate on this webinar and acknowledge that we may collect your personal data, such as, name and email address to facilitate the webinar and provide you access to the webinar.
