Let’s talk about how current events affect our mental health. National and world events can impact our personal lives and overall well-being, especially as traumatic incidents continue to occur. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we share our experiences with current events anxiety and how we cope with our feelings in the face of uncertainty. About the Facilitator: Dr. Courtney Taylor, LCSW is a mental health provider for 19+ years working with communities affected by marginalization. They are passionate to provide advocacy for equity for the QTBIPOC, LGBTQIA2+ community and beyond. They received their doctorate of social work in August 2023 Motto is “live loud and to live proud!”. Courtney takes pride as being an educator and presenter for justice and equity of mental health care for all.
