Exploring our technology use and its impact on our wellbeing.
Is your use of social media and technology adding to your stress—or helping you unwind? Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health clinician, to explore how technology and social media affect stress levels. Together, we’ll exchange ideas, share tips for healthier tech habits, and learn strategies to manage stress. This is a relaxed, supportive space to share your thoughts, hear from others, and discover new ways to find balance.
About the Facilitator: Caren Weingart, LCSW, BCD, CCTP, CGS is a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Caren completed her master's in social work at New York University then furthered her education with a second master's degree in Clinical Nutrition also at New York University. Her training path continued with certifications in Trauma and Grief as well as a specialty in anxiety. She is currently utilizing her two master’s degrees to further her education in Health Psychology. Caren has been honored as a presenter at conferences in New York City, addressing empowerment and Evidence Based Practices. Caren continues to pursue her passion of helping people in the community as she volunteers with non-profits including a local Board of Directors and was recently chosen to work on a Collaborative with the National Association of Social Workers in New Jersey focused on reviewing and approving courses for continuing education.
