Description
The quiet power of opening up. Being honest about how you feel can be tough, but it can also bring people closer. Join this small-group discussion, led by a Spring Health provider, to explore how sharing your story (even just a little) can help you feel less alone. We’ll talk about what vulnerability really means, why it matters, and how to take small, safe steps in your everyday life. About the Facilitator: Dr. Sita Nadathur, PsyD believes everyone has the internal resources to heal and grow. Her approach to therapy is strength-based and collaborative. Dr. Sita's goal is to provide guidance and support during difficult times. She obtained her doctorate from the University of Hartford where she was trained in a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and trauma focused therapy. Her areas of clinical interest include culturally and linguistically competent care, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a bilingual psychologist (English/Spanish), Dr. Sita uses cultural and social justice perspectives to understand each person’s life context and tailors each treatment uniquely to individual needs. **Note: By clicking the “register” button and submitting your information, you are agreeing to participate on this webinar and acknowledge that we may collect your personal data, such as, name and email address to facilitate the webinar and provide you access to the webinar.
